Position Summary
Objective: Drive early XenMobile wins and product feedback through product group assistance in POC & deployment via trained technical staff
Expand to XenMobile Ent. (MAM + MDM)
Geo-led nomination
Tiered Approach (WhiteGlove Premium, WhiteGlove, WhiteGlove SOS)
SWAT Team (SE, SME, CCS and WG Resources)
Heavy focus on significant sized opportunities for named accounts
Expand to Spearhead Channel partners
Supporting dedicated technical resource
Gradually transition to Citrix support & services
Skills needed: Customer front ending, Enterprise Mobility, Technical Support, T2 and T3 Support capabilities on XenMobile, Work in flexible work hours and certifications on Mobility added advantage
Qualifications and Requirements
Must have XenMobile Experience
- Demo of the Solution, Managing Customer expectations, Cloud based computer environments to setup Customer POC environments
- Engage with customers to setup define POC scope and work with SE, Citrix Consulting for POC delivery and deployment
- Engage with Customers and SE through Problem identification, documentation.
- Work with customer for Solution architecture that best fits their environment.
- Prepare a Deployment plan in phases to deliver the solution.
- Prepare and work with Program managers to prepare a project plan and take it to completion.
- Help offsite and onsite in implementation of XenMobile in Australia, APAC, ME, Europe and US regions as needed.
- Candidate should be good in interacting with people with pleasant personality.
- Candidate should be willing to work in shifts (Day / Night)
- Candidates with good documentation and presentation skills are preferred.
- Limited Travel may be required. Passport needs to be available.
- Work out of Hyderabad Office.
